A focused, sustainable U19 program for young men and women, built on teamwork, professionalism and personal development.
Why it exists
Young riders who want to compete nationally face high barriers: travel, equipment, coaching and race support that local clubs usually can't provide on their own. dcDevo brings together the racing experience and talent in this region, along with partner teams and sponsors, to give juniors a well-supported program.
The team builds on the success of the DC Velo development team and is managed by DC Velo. Its riders have been among the top-ranked in the country, and in 2019 the team won the national road race championship for boys 15–16.
We hope to inspire the whole local racing community: riders, families, sponsors, supporters and fans.
